Refund policy
At Kadeus, your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and obtain a refund.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Return policy
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision. Unfortunately, after this period, we will not be able to accept the return.
Item condition
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Refund procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Non-refundable items
Certain items cannot be refunded: personalized products, downloaded digital content, and gift cards.
