Delivery zones
We deliver to Switzerland, Europe, and internationally. Certain destinations may be subject to specific restrictions or fees.
Processing times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Delivery times
Allow 2 to 5 business days for Switzerland, 5 to 10 days for Europe, and 7 to 15 days for international shipping, starting from the dispatch date.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. Free shipping is available for purchases above a certain amount.
