Delivery zones
We deliver to mainland France, Europe, and internationally. Certain destinations may be subject to specific restrictions or fees.
Processing times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Delivery times
Allow 2 to 5 business days for mainland France, 5 to 10 days for Europe, and 7 to 15 days for international delivery, starting from shipment.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. Free shipping is available for purchases above a certain amount.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can track your package at every stage of its delivery.
